Our litigation section consists of representing clients in United States Immigration Courts with requests for release from detention under immigration bond and a variety of legal claims to overcome deportation and removal procedures.

Our family visa section consists of guiding citizens and lawful permanent residents of the United States through the process of sponsoring certain relatives (spouse, child, sibling, or parent) to receive permission to live and work in the United States by becoming a green-card holder. We represent individuals with adjustment of status and consular processing, with and without the submission of waiver applications.
