Rachelle White,
Managing Attorney & Mediator
Rachelle White is admitted as a member of the State Bar of Texas to practice law. White earned the degree of Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina (2008) and Bachelor of Business Administration (Economics/Spanish) from Loyola University New Orleans (2004).
White’s passion to become an advocate for foreign nationals developed after she lived and studied as a cultural exchange student in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico in 2004 and 2006.
White’s fluency in Spanish, immersion into Latin American culture and concentration in the area of American immigration law have been advanced further through experiential learning, the practice of law, and involvement in several professional and community organizations.

Dulse Rivera,
Legal Assistant
Dulse Rivera performs legal case work by assembling applications and supporting documentation and following up on case outcomes. Rivera is experienced in preparing clients and witnesses for trial and interviews before the Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security.Rivera is also fluent in Spanish.
Ken White,
Business Administrator
Ken White identifies and plans for the changing needs of the organization, shares responsibility for strategic planning, and contributes to cost-effective management throughout the organization.
White earned a Masters in Urban Planning and Environmental Policy from Texas Southern University (2011) and a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Management from the University of New Orleans (2004).
